Groom, Sunday, August 31, 1986 Remsen Lori Jean McCormick, daughter of Hubert and Eleanor McCormick of Bradley Street, and Douglas B. Remsen III of Burlington, son of Mrs. Gertrude Remsen and Douglas B. Remsen Jr. of Skillman, N.J.

and San Diego, were united in marriage July 5. The Rev. Richard Lavalley, assisted by the Rev. Francis Holland and the Rev. Steve Nichols, officiated at the double-ring ceremony in Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Burlington.

Kim Marie Fisher was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kathi George, Mary Ann Woods, and Noreen Fitzgerald. Christina Hatin, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Michael Remsen, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Lonnie Ellis, David Przekurat, and James Wieme.

A reception was held at Mather's, following which the couple left for Nantucket. They will live in Burlington. Mrs. Remsen graduated from Rice Memorial High School and St. Michael's College.

She is a music teacher at Mr. and Mrs. Douglas B. Remsen Ill (Lori Jean McCormick) Alburg and North Hero elementary schools. Her husband graduated from Montgomery High School, New Jersey, and the University of San Diego.

He is employed by Howard Mental Health Services. Tessitore Davies Jayce Wallace Davies of Baltimore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Davies Jr. of Shelburne, and Joseph John Tessitore II of Baltimore, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Joseph John Tessitore of Warren, N.J., were united in marriage July 12. The Rev. Martin B. Copenhaver officiated at the double-ring ceremony in the First Congregational Church.

Julia D. Davies, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Louise H. Davies and Marguerite E. Tessitore.

James S. Grauley was best man. Ushers were Craig L. and Perry F. Tessitore.

A reception was held at Burlington Country Club, following which the couple left for Cape Cod. They will live in Baltimore. Mrs. Tessitore graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School, from the University of Vermont, and magna cum laude from Duke University. She is a pathologists' assistant at Nye Nye HINESBURG Katrina K.

Kahgee, daughter of Bruce and Joan Kahgee of Petoskey, and James C. Nye of Hinesburg, son of Corinne and Fred Nye of Williston, were united in marriage July 12. The Rev. Charles Fullmer officiated at the double-ring ceremony in United Methodist Church in Petoskey, Mich. Adrienne Alm was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Sharon Cranick and Carrie Kahgee, both sisters of the bride. Amy Kahgee was flowergirl. Fred Nye, father of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Mike Kahgee and William Siegmund. Ryan Flynn was ring bearer.

Receptions were held at North Central Michigan College, Petoskey, and in Hinesburg. Afterward the couple left on a trip to northern Michigan. They will live in Hinesburg. Mrs. Nye graduated from the East- Mr.

and Mrs. Joseph J. Tessitore I (Jayne Wallace Davies) Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Her husband graduated from Timothy Christian School, Covenant College, and magna cum laude from Duke University. He is a pathologists' assistant at St.

Agnes Mr. and Mrs. James C. Nye (Katrina K. Kahgee) err Michigan University and is a senior designer at McAuliffe's.

Her husband graduated from Burlington High School and is controller at Russell Supply. Chaloux LeGrand ST. ALBANS Laurie Kane LeGrand, daughter of Dennis and Joy Kane of East Fairfield, and Vincent Chaloux, son of Raymond and Susan Chaloux of St. Albans, were united in marriage July 12. Justice of the peace Carol Livingston officiated at the double-ring ceremony outside the bride's parents' home in East Fairfield.

Candy Livingston was matron of honor. Flowergirls were Tiffany Le- Kawoczka Denning Linda Denning of New York City, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. James Denning of Burlington, and Theodore Kawoczka, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Theodore Kawoczka of Jersey City, N.J., were united in marriage July 12. The Rev. Donald Bruneau officiated at the double-ring ceremony in St. Anthony Church, Burlington.

Kathie Sue Valyeau, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kathryn Kawoczka, sister of the groom, Florence Kawoczka, sister-inlaw of the groom, Lorraine George, Karen Williamson Guzzardo, and Carol Elliott. Paul Kawoczka, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Robert Denning, brother of the bride, Harry Kawoczka, brother of the groom, William Kawoczka, cousin of the groom, Howard Markowitz, and Peter Venetis. A reception was held at Basin Harbor Club, Vergennes, following which the couple left for Hawaii.

They will live in New York City. Mrs. Kawoczka graduated from Rice Memorial High School in 1974 and, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Kawoczka (Linda Denning) Mr.

and Mrs. Eric R. Kimball (Amy Sue Lumbra) Kimball Lumbra ST. ALBANS Amy Sue Lumbra, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Robert M. Lumbra and Eric Ralph Kimball, son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bapp of Fairfield, were united in marriage July 12. The Rev.

John Nebert officiated at the double-ring ceremony at St. Mary's Parish in Fairfield. Shelley Pillsbury was maid of honor. Leanne O'Connor was train carrier. Bridesmaids were Laurie Burns, Michelle Lumbra, Christi Skelton, Stephanie Dukas, Melissa Howard, Amy Berthiaume and Robyn Tahana.

Brandi Lumbra was flowergirl. Mark Kimball was best man. Ushers were Carl and Robbie Lumbra, Brian Skelton, Kevin O'Brien, Todd Parah, Will Manahan and Bob Corey. Peter Brigham was ring bearer. Shauna and Rusty Burnor were mock bride and groom.

A reception was held at the Abbey Restaurant. The couple will live in South Carolina. Mrs. Kimball graduated from Bellows Free Academy in 1984 and Vermont College of Cosmetology in 1985. Her husband also graduated from Bellows Free Academy.

He is stationed in South Carolina with the U.S. Air Force. Mr. and Mrs. David M.

Demers (Denise Susan Myers) Demers Myers STOWE Denise Susan Myers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elliott L. Myers of Sharon, and David Michael Demers, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Charles Demers of Burlington, were united in marriage July 19 in Edson Hill Manor. Mrs. Demers graduated from Louisiana State University and is a teaching pro and physical aerobics instructor at Twin Oaks Tennis and Health Center in Burlington. Her husband graduated from the University of Vermont and is executive director of the American Heart Association for the state of Vermont. Following a trip to France the couple will live in Richmond.

Marymount Manhattan College in 1978. She is an administrative assistant to the national sales manager at Bally of Switzerland. Her husband graduated from Marist High School in 1975 and Columbia University in 1979. He is a national account manager for Roger Software Development of Geneva, Switzerland.
