Money works and earns more money when placed at interest. Why depend on your own efforts for an income make some money work for you. A few dollars placed in this Bank will draw interest. Then as you add to the amount there will be more interest coming to you. A few years effort along this line will give you a substantial income.

By the Comings plan no money now going to rural road development will be diverted to trunk lines. The entire 50-mile-per-year hard-surface program is financed by present trunk line funds, plus a half-million-saving per year from present unnecessary appropriations plus a 2c tax on gas used for motor vehicles'. Some of the beneficiaries of the less urgent appropriations Comings proposes to cut, do not like the Comings plan. Those who know we must have better trunk lines and know it is either a question of retrenchment or a burdensome State tax are "coming with Comings" because it is sound business sense to do so.

There are many other business problems of importance which Comings because of his record as Vermont's first Commissioner of Finance is best equipped to restore to proper balance. Not only his private business record, but his official acts, as well, stamp Comings 1 DECAUSE many people prefer to purchase cars out of income and General Motors wants you to get value for your automobile dollar whether you buy for cash or on credit. 2 BECAUSE, being operated by a member of the General Motors family, the GMAC Plan assures sound credit service designed to hold good will. 3 BECAUSE, under the GMAC Plan, the cost of a General Motors car purchased on credit is the standard cash deli vered price, plus only the low GMAC financing charge.
